How does a powerful tornado suck everything into its funnel, even cars? A tornado’s vortex creates a huge pressure differential, producing a vacuum-like effect. TROMBE recreated and miniaturized this vortex to room-unit proportions and created the revolutionary TROMBE Airborne Dust Cleaner. It harnesses a powerful vortex in front of the unit to capture many more particles, including heavy, capture-resistant particles like pollens in size of 10μm~30μm that trigger the most allergic reactions.

Noise is a problem with air purifiers containing a fan. Air purifiers without a fan are typically much less effective than units with a fan.

Most air purifiers have three or four fan speed settings. There’s typically a large jump in terms of noise emission when you switch a purifier to high fan speed. But 99 percent of the time you’ll run your machine on one of the low or medium settings due to its annoying noise. You must note that the published CADR ratings are tested under full fan speed setting in a lab. It means that running on low or medium settings will supply much less clean air than the published CADR.

Simply touch the power button once and leave it as it is. It saves you not to go the extra mile. It turns on and off and controls fan speed by monitoring the air quality by its onboard PM1.0 sensor. This allows for a longer filter life as well as significant energy savings, giving owners hassle free air quality monitoring and protection day and night.

A three-stage filtration system consisting of a washable pre filter, a hybrid activated carbon + catalyst filter, and a true HEPA filter (99.97% efficiency of airborne particles 0.3㎛) supplies clean air while directly capturing particulate matter and gaseous pollutants.
